I think she's burnt out. She should have taken a big break in June, I just feel like she has to be away for more than a week at a time to recharge. Some people like Millie, Pomu and Elira just feed off chat. Rosemi since she quit probably gets more tired because she acts, does the fake laugh, plays up the seiso persona.

Atelier games are among those types of games that would be be difficult for any viewer to watch past the first VOD. It is a lot to ask of viewers to keep up with the story of a JRPG (even though Atelier stories are light). She is using the ARG to exercise her creative writing and art abilities. I don't know how many people are following it now. I think this public stream helps remind people it exists but honestly it seems to have a significant barrier to entry for the average viewer. The payoff might be just that she does something she has wanted to do for a while now.

A project like this probably does take a lot of time. I can't speak as to how she spends her time off-stream, however. I assume she is doing thing at least in part for herself, her own personal growth.

The ARG format does suffer from lower visibility and a barrier to entry. However, this ARG does not consist solely of "puzzles." There is artwork and story involved. As long as someone follows the Twitter accounts and emails, the lore progresses and they can still enjoy the project. If Rosemi wants more people to engage with this content, she just needs to direct people to the Twitter accounts and maybe cheat out a link to the email website. Short videos on her main YouTube page would also go a long way toward generating interest.

During the birthday stream Ike said that he often watches movies with other niji members, usually Petra, Reimu and Luca. Wouldn't be surprised Rosemi was one of them too. She probably procrastinates watching shows with them or doing irl stuff and then just wings it when she has to stream. That would explain the drop in the number of watchalongs too.
