So. jwu, 190k after an hour is a good start for Koshien. Currently sitting at ~31% increase over A-block last year, both matching up to be the weaker days talent wise. Still within range to beat their record from last year on the first day.
Assuming this holds we can expect B-Block with a 220-240k+ and the finals landing in the 260-300k+ bracket.
And again, for maximum peaks Kuzuha needs to be in the finals. Just rig it Riku.

A giant problem too is that theirs no Box to speak of in Nijisanji. It's not just the feeling of being expendable the viewership ecosystem in Nijisanji just does not exist so viewers from one chuuba just vanish into the ether while everyone else gets fuck all.
