And for the last part, do you mean that this chuubanite would be able to refined and used in four different ways? I kinda had an idea of having chuubanite in its natural state not having much of an effect other than being invigorating, if corrupting if consumed in large quantities, and would have to be taken to be alchemically split apart to extract the four different types+some by-product that I haven't decided the effect of but would represent either the supposed fifth member going by the manga, or perhaps some kind of schizo artifact that neutralizes chuubinte by binding to it which would also be the source of corrupting the wild life into monsters.

Getting involved and blocking reinforcement under the guise of "peacekeeping" would be likely seen as hostile. It's the same as another nation sending an expeditionary force to ensure that order is kept on occupied areas and putting down "insurgents", you can claim neutrality but it isn't.

Yea, I was using the Latin phrase for fantasy. I think it would be a good overarching effect for our island. As for the specific chuubanite, I wanted to go with the following: while the chuubanite is affecting schizos, animals and the environment, it is under the effect of phantasia. But when coming into contact with either of the four factions and being handled by them, the effect of phantasia would very quickly be overwritten by whatever concept we decide to go with them.
Think of it like the phantasia is a foreign concept just taking over by force, but when it comes in contact with a direct source of the original concept it's overpowering, it gives in and is overwritten.

The Order of Pixie Dust is a special unit of lunaitos that specialize in operating in foreign soil as well as utilizing the power of gunpowder firearms in unison with both foreign and traditional lunaito tactics, these lunaitos are trained in several different nations as lusquires before finishing their training in /mep/ to be knighted as true luknights. These Pixie Dust Musketeers were initially created as a way to both help lunaitos adapt to intense heat while also introducing firearms to lunaito troops in order to assist their allies in /mep/, recently however, lunaito musketeers have been deployed outside of /mep/ as a general purpose foreign aid squad. Powerful allies of the Candy Kingdom might be gifted a small battalion of lunaito musketeers as a sign of unity and friendship and it is not unordinary to find a lunaito musketeer guarding a trade vessel in dangerous waters.

The actual name of the Order of Pixie Dust comes from a somewhat recent and unfortunate discovery in the Candy Kingdom that revealed that a naturally occurring dust derived from the Northern Pixie Stick tree could become explosive when mixed with the Western Pop Rock after Sir Jerricus Sweetpop consumed both at once during a dare. This discovery has led to an increasing interest into the possible utility of candy based weaponry and the potential of fire arms, something that the Shishiron ambassadors within the Candy Kingdom are enthusiastic about advancing. For the moment, only Pixie Dust Muskateers are armed with muskets and explosive powder based projectiles on a large scale due to the perceived lack of reliability of muskets in comparison to the traditional bow by the wider populace, though this is slowly beginning to change. Sure, regional councils will be renamed to parliament.
Voting system would be a universal suffrage thing with proportional representation.
For now, what I have planned for the police system is that it came up after the wars by the judicial system to kick out the military from policing duties.

basic history will be:
First government forms pre-war as a weird confedaration of city councils, overlapping authorities, and other stuff.
War breaks out, a president is chosen and the republic gets more territory in its borders.
Centralization of power begins, and the fat of the state gets trimmed into something more simple by both state initiative and the people.

Of course, it's all WIP, I'll eventually try to come up with something that makes more sense, but I do need to, y'know, create a history first.

I had already written a recent story that ties into Kronies and Risuners shared history. It's a set up for another story I have planned where the same character, now the head of the anti terrorist forces of the navy, respond to Watamelon forces in Risu. This is already after Risu was declared independent, mind you. In essence, I was going to write about how Kronies still help Risuners to this day.

I am not keen on retconning anything between Infinity and Risu. As you may know, we didn't even "rework" or retcon the protectorate deal. We just let them declare independence because they had a rep who wanted it.

1st paragraph, the word "jargon". Idk why, but that specific word fucked me over on a few attempts. I would guess it's just because I'm an ESL.

2nd paragraph was just long sentences. It was really hard to find moments where I could take a breath.

3rd paragraph it was "notice that the definition only affects how many parent or child concepts a concept has in so far as how many concepts...". That specific line, specially "has in so far" has fucked me more than anything else. I just couldn't comprehend how I'm supposed to accentuate the entire sentence, and even in the final vocaroo I just winged it.

i think you did a fine job. i know i can write some long sentences, and maybe my choice of words caused a bit of it to be, as you said, a tongue twister, but if i can accentuate my own sentences, hopefully others can too (people say i have an overly "refined" way of speaking, like how the old-english gentlemen are depicted, but this is more because i have a very hard time speaking otherwise, and have a very easy time having my words jumbled if any distractions prevent me from saying something in the most clear way i can manage. i have been getting better at it recently, but tongue twisters still aren't very easy for me)

Well, in the end it was just an exercise in speaking english out loud. I am a really quiet person IRL, so things like these are nice to test myself. And it being long and complex also helped untangle my tongue a bit, if that makes sense. My voice and mother tongue actually make it somewhat hard to speak english clearly, believe it or not.

one on one, and especially online, i am pretty good at debating with people, but doing so in front of a crowd makes me an incoherent mess. also doing so anywhere with loud sounds or other such distractions. granted, it depends on how much i feel like i'm in the spotlight. it isn't something i can control, but if i could i would prefer to be better at public speaking i suppose.
