Depends what you mean by this, if you mean will they drop all their offstream projects and instead stream for 7hours a day then no. If management had a shift up then hopefully there will be more organisation for stuff like outfits, main channel stuff, permissions etc but i wouldn't get your hopes up since omega is likely still around

Kiara didn't even talk about Jenma being promoted, only about changes in managers and that Jenma is Kiara's sole manager and vice versa. Ask the chumbuds, it was mentioned in one of Gura's recent members only streams.
What Kiara said is that talents have multiple managers now, but given the workload EN is producing, that's excessive in my opinion. If I had to guess, I'd say that the new managers are trainees for some upcoming talents and that prepwork is being laid down for EN3 right now.
