Using this logic people like Regis and Axel would get more than 2k if they didn't stream while overlapping with the EN girls. But we already know that's false because no matter where they move their stream and how many people are streaming it's always around that number for solo unbuff streams.
There will always be a small amount of tourists who hop around a corpo looking for streams to watch but even in Hololive most people will only watch their favorites. This applies even more in Nijisanji where you just keep up with your favorites because you can't keep up with everyone.
