Ah, it's perfect that the /mans/ answer is already there, I can make the /morig/ training make sense as the following step.
Now that the /mans/ training has drilled the Lusquires in the art of survival and combat, the Moriji training will teach how to think on the battlefield.
The cohort of Lusquires will stay together for the first part of their education, which will consist in a two six-month stints in the Black Fleet's Naval Academies. The first one will be focused war history, strategy, tactics, use of artillery, reviews of past battles and the geopolitics of the nations in contact with /mep/ and the Himedom. The objective is that the Lusquire should be able to shoulder the duty of commanding officer at any level in whatever situation he's thrown into. The second will have them go to one of the Academies equipped with a chuubanitics laboratory, and will have them be familiarized with all the different supernatural technologies they might come across during their careers. They will have demonstrations of the Kaiserreich Flammenwerfers, their range, and how to best survive an encounter with them. They'll witness the magnitude of the regenerative abilities of /meat/ chuubanite through lab experiments, obviously study the mechanisms and effects of candification, receive lectures regarding witness accounts of rarer magical abilities such as those displayed by catalognauts. This is also where they will receive an education in the field of schizology; what various types of schizos exist and what their capabilities are, what is known of the creation of schizos, how schizos interact with chuubanite, what are the main sources and active groups of schizos in the continents.
All the while, they will receive continuous drilling and combat training, obviously.
The Lusquires will be evaluated at multiple points throughout, and may be rejected from the next step of the training if they fail to meet standards, but the cohorts coming from /mans/ tend to have good graduation rates.
After this year of brainy work, comes what is called "the gauntlet". For four months, the cohort will be put in simulated battle scenarios with strict realism rules, putting them up against disadvantageous odds, and one of the Lusquires will be selected to be the commanding officer each time. The combat will use full weight, but padded weapons and wooden bullet muskets, so that holding back strikes doesn't interfere with their decision-making. The scenarios might involve having to get an enemy out of an entrenched position, getting out of a fortification that is on fire, facing a pincer attack, approaching a fight with a high-strength opponent such as a Goddess Faithful priestess. The Lusquires will be evaluated on the effectiveness of their tactics, their discipline and ability to follow their commanding officer's orders, and their mental strength as they're put through those grueling battles, day-in, day-out for multiple months.
The last part of their training will be a stint as sailors on a Black Fleet frigate, nominally to have them familiarize themselves with the functioning of military naval vessels, in case this is required, but also potentially to have them face real combat situations; with a Black Fleet corvette on the Holosea, this is highly likely, though it wouldn't take on particularly risky missions.
The corvette would take the cohort directly to /risu/ once they're done, having now had both their minds and body forged in the arts of war.

We can make breaded chicken out of wheat flour. However I think corn meal is better because it fries to a crunchy crisp. Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and gravy is a very popular menu item. Especially because you can dunk the tendies into the mash and gravey. Also crispy breaded chicken breasts can be used for sandwiches. Sandwiches need mayonnaise, breaded fried chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Sandwiches can be wrapped in thin paper to go. For dipping sauce recipes I got creamy ranch, sweet and sour, spicy honey mustard, and malt vinegar. I don't know if you have meat grinders to make ground chicken. Even compressed deli chicken can work. Ground/compressed chicken can be made into breaded nuggets and patties easy.

As for bread there's recipes for bread rolls, buscuits, tortillias which is thin bread to wrap stuff with, pitas which is flat bread you can fold, and other breads. There's also cookies, cobbler, tarts, and cakes for desserts.

Ah, thanks for the highlights. I saw the first one and gave a quick reply. So to sum it up
So Lusquires would first go through basic training where in at best 18/20 are expected to remain (might be some times where it dips really low like 12/20). Then they'll go through less dangerous tasks together with a party of more experienced adventurers, escorting caravans or raid minor schizo settlements on the borders among other less dangerous tasks. Lastly they'll be split into smaller groups to learn about survival and self-reliance. If their assigned adventurer leaders think they're ready, this would be when they would hunt large monsters.

Followed by being sent to /morig/ for some more specialized academical training, learning battle theory and about some of the supernatural abilties and tools they might encounter in the future. Factions
The Admiralty is an extremely divided leadership, which has both benefits, and issues. This means that the great resources of the Black Fleet are distributed to a variety of targets, as required, due to the Admirals having a wide range of priorities and interests. However, it also means the Black Fleet has difficulty focusing its might on specific campaigns and operations, due to the impossibility of getting a large fraction of the Admiralty to agree on a given priority. Historically, unanimous agreement to tackle a problem as a single Fleet has only ever occurred when Moriji was in immediate, existential danger. The following is a short summary of the factional forces affecting the politics of the Admiralty as of 1130 VTE. Note these groups are not exclusionary, and some Admirals would rightfully adopt the stances of multiple factions.

Moderates
Moderates do form a plurality within the Admiralty, and act as a balancing force to all the more radical and extreme ideologies. They will also have a tendency to prevent any single group from gaining too much power.

Kaiserreich Alliance Group
The Kaiserreich Alliance Group is one of the oldest and more influential factions to have a presence in the Admiralty. The Kaiserreich-Moriji relations have varied throughout history, with some armed conflicts even flaring up, but there has always been Admirals advocating for appeasement and a strengthening of relations between the two countries. In the current day, national feeling is friendly, though there are vocal anti-Moriji groups in the Kaiserreich still.

Watame Disturbed Individual
The sheep goddess is by and large beloved in Moriji, being praised for its associations with Mori in the Heavenly Realm activities divined by the Goddess Faithful. But strangely, an Admiral with a negative perception of the goddess and by extension, its people, seems to often find their way in the organization. Those feelings tend to be repudiated by the rest of the Admiralty. However, the increasing presence of Watamelon terrorists in Moriji waters might affect this dynamic.

Matiyotl Apologists
The conflict with the people of Matiyotl has had a major effect on the Black Fleet's policy throughout history. Some Admirals believe that with the diminishing numbers of raids from this people on civilized nations, the Black Fleet should be adopting a policy of appeasement and establishing proper diplomatic channels with the nation, as well as work out deals with them. This, however, is still an unpopular position to take, especially within the wider population of Moriji.

Anti-Cannibal Hardliners
The centuries-long blood feud with the cannibals has marked the minds and memories of many Admirals, most of them have been in armed combat with them, and lost comrades to their swords. For obvious reasons, this results in an aggressive attitude towards them. Some even support starting a war of invasion on the barbarians, though this is a strategy considered highly ill-conceived by the other Admirals.

Infinitum Appeasement Advocates
This is a more recent faction within the Admiralty, borne out Infinitum's recent end of its isolationist stint. The clock people leave few indifferent, through their perceived rampant imperialism, accelerating technological development, and most importantly within the Admiralty, strong and friendly associations with Matiyotl. However, there are Admirals who believe Moriji would be foolish not to establish good relations with this growing power.

Isolationists
This is a faction that has been losing influence within the Admiralty, but which still exists. Some Admirals believe pulling back from engaging with the rest of the international community would be beneficial, in no small part due to the dislike or outright hatred expressed by some countries towards Deadbeats and their religion. The majority of the Admirals do not let those sentiments hinder their diplomatic efforts.

Schizocide Radicals
Schizos have always been the first and most important priority of the Black Fleet, being the most common attacker Moriji has to deal with. Not only are schizo raids almost continuously happening at least somewhere on the island, major attacks threatening the well-being of large swathes of Deadbeats have occurred multiple times. As such, the destruction of any and all schizos and schizo collaborators is considered a just goal by the majority of the Admiralty.

Ah, it's just pretty apparent that the mountain ridge is made of two straight strokes, with this sharp angle where they meet up. Just kind of varying the thickness and making it noisier, and probably having the ridge be wider in the center of the island compared to the coasts would go a long way.

Since it's a breechloader where you don't need gunpowder, it can probably go through a cycle a little faster than comparable gunpowder cannons. This would depend heavily on the mechanism used to draw the spring though. If the spring is very strong and a slow mechanism is needed to draw it, that would slow things down.
Also, good point on chuubanite. I reckon chuubanite associated to quartz would decay in the order of months, which means those ships would need to resupply fairly frequently to keep everything in working order. I don't think standard chuubanite stored in a non-explosive material would be explosive by itself though, that isn't in their common capabilities, and otherwise you'd just blow up the chuubanite in a cannon kek. It would be explosive if the projectile hitting it was made of an activator substance though, so that's a potential counter measure. As well as make sure to store the chuubanite and the activator substance far from one another.

So I have a general question for the climate. Which side of the continents, east or west, is more European, Asian, or American? I look at Holocontinent and wonder which side has Asian-like plants and which is more like Europe. Also the Niji continent having a Eurasia like climate on the bottom of the world could lead to unique flora and fauna not seen in history. I'm also tempted to create new vegetables and flowers for these areas.

Since /rose/ is in the tundra there's very little flora above ground. So all of the agriculture will be done underground with Rosestones. Caves are normally dark, damp, and cold. With Rosestones however caves are now humid and lukewarm. So anything that grows in lush underground places should grow in /rose/. You could look into greenhouse vegetables and flowers that grow in this kind of environment. Technically you can grow anything that doesn't need a dry period. Also you should have lots of cave fungus that grows in compost. Underground trees should be possible, but they will not grow as big as they would on the surface. Think indoor Azalea trees for example.

Yea, the general idea I wanted to go with /mans/ training was to build them up as individual soldiers that can make sense of and control any situation on land battles as well as work in a group. I guess moriji would expand on that to build up leaders capable of controlling larger units or armies if need be as well as naval battles. So I guess by the time they came to /risu/, they would have basically all the skills necessary to be proper luknights, all they needed was more experience.

The other thing about your environment is also your soil quality. There's no top-soil where you live. Top soil is permafrost. So I'm thinking what Rosebutas do for soil is use fungi. The fungi don't just leech off of organic matter. It also breaks into the rock floor. Also the plants in general have strong roots that break through the soil. Have you looked into sleep apnea. My sleep apnea is caused by my brain forcing me to stop breathing when I sleep. That and sleep anxiety caused me to stay up for days without sleep. Though nowdays I sleep too much. Apologies for the /soc/ post but quality of sleep matters for physical and mental health. You should look into it if your insurance can afford it.

She got really unlucky I think, she put a normal amount of it on her back but the active ingredient got absorbed into her bloodstream and basically acted as a neurotoxin once it got in her brain.
