I think the easiest way to beat Malenia is abusing frost procs.
Hitting an enemy with fire damage while they're frostbitten resets the cooldown, so if you dual wield a cold+fire weapon you get tons of damage. Similar trick saved my ass in DS3 for SL1 Dragonslayer Armor.

she is very bad, but there is a degree of self sabotage here. her build is unfocused and she just wants to play around with all the weird items and abilities and doesn't really worry about synergy or what works well.

Bowson is definitely the worst elden ring build i've seen on any stream that wasn't explicitly taking the piss, but the game's not actually that hard so it hasn't stopped her from reaching the end. almost every other streamer i've seen has run a bleed build with either single or double katanas and mimic tear backing them up for easy procs and bloodhound step for EZ dodge. They even use specific katanas that chat demands they get like Moonveil and Rivers of Blood.

Ame is using a katana as well but her build is funny because she's swapped its ability out for a slow ground pound that doesn't build bleed and she runs around trying to use a variety of ranged attacks so bleed doesn't build up and there is almost 0 benefit to her using it
