Well for me it could go both ways. That stream actually only got a peak of 65k back then, while the blocks and finals secured 140k, 170k, and 200k respectively.
The biggest problem with that pre-tournament stream was that they showed a bunch of numbers and went into in-depth explanation of how the mechanics work ingame. Tourists just want to watch some gameplay, watch interviews of their oshi and watch their oshi getting praised. Tourist pretty much have no interest about min-maxing and tryharding the mechanics except actual baseball autists.
