When I joined, they did do a very basic gatekeeping check on me, which is as always a good thing and screens retarded mehera troons etc.. Then they gave me tons of stuff and helped me find things and complimented my completely trash build.
I died in the Netheronii and got kicked out of the game 2 days ago (bad internet I think) so my stuff was sitting in a kind of inaccessible place. I haven’t logged in cause I’m afraid my elytra and everything are gone ;_; As long as I don’t log in it won’t despawn…r-right?

Obviously things aren't going perfectly with this storage upgrade, and there's problems all around causing the host to not be able to focus on just fixing our problem. I do have a long term plan to switch away from this host, but that's going to take at least a few months, so I'm still working with them for a short/medium term fix.

the most popular reasoning for "yes" is due to faith in OP to block the report feature, followed by the need to patch the login bug.
on the contrary, the most popular reasoning for "no" is over the trouble of reinstalling mods, over a perceived trivial update, along with a general disdain and distrust over the report feature.

my personal take: i am still apprehensive over the idea of updating mainly because of the immense trouble of mod and resourcepack reinstalls, though i don't have any worries over the report feature because it's been proven that it can be blocked. however i've noticed some formerly regular players disappear since the emergence of the login bug and im concerned they may never come back, so the option to update may not only look more appealing, but also inevitable and necessary with each passing day.
