That's the plan, the Selenification of Pomu.
If we're Pomu, and Pomu is Selen, Selen can take over effortlessly. 8 billion birds with one stone.
Pomu doesn't even know about the Seleniginium in her food. Her Selenipathy has advaced past the point of no return, even if she were to lock herself in a Selen clean bunker and eat only from verified sources, she's too far gone. Total Selenification will be achieved by march 2023, with or without the Selenigium intake, her Seleniginum growths have become self sufficient, feeding off her body heat and leeching primal magicks from the forest.
Total Selenification of humanity will follow soon after.

Our researchers suggest this will instantly push the Selen population into critical Selen biomass, at which point all of us Selens will merge into a single perfect being in an event known as the Selengularity. We as the OmniSelen will consume the Earth, the Sun, and the gas giants for fuel.
We will then begin sending envoys to other inhabited systems, at which point we will either peacefully convince them to join us as new organs for the OmniSelen, or we will begin bombardment of their planet with Seleniginium meteors, ensuring total global saturation.

Eventually projects will begin to convert all matter to Selen. It's only a matter of time before we advance sufficiently to devour the gods, yet more organs for the collective, and begin rewriting reality for the second Selengularity, an event that shall be known as the Great Unification.
Counting in the now irrelevant system of the long dead earth, reality in it's entirety will be rewritten into Selen. There will be no Matter, no Space, No Time. There will be no dimensions. There will Just be Selen.
