Fauna is more like Lamy than Noel. Both are soft spoken and princess like. Both like ASMR and have big titties. Both really can't sing all that great but are still better than Noel.
If you had to pick an EN that is most similar to Noel then yeah it'd have to be Fauna but you'd have to have a lot of qualifiers.

I want Noel to play at least part of Yakuza Kiwami 2. Just far enough so that she can reach the photography minigame. One of her favorite gravure models is in it, with recorded footage of said model IRL doing poses in different outfits.
