Yeah this. She can't do the deep voice anymore without causing herself a lot of pain and it sounds awfully strained. Her voice actually got higher since she suffered lung damage. I don't know if that's because of the lung damage or what, but it's clear when she's struggling to hold a voice. Just listen to her sing, her voice drops just the littlest bit and I'm pretty sure that's her "real" voice. The fact she can't even do the deep voice without sounding terrible and gasping for breath anymore says a lot.
