The only time they got that high since 2021 was during Coco graduation and during HoloX debut
2) HoloEN is returning to their baseline after the massively buffed off collabs + Kiara bday live + Sana graduation. Let's see if they can stabilize at 9k in the next few weeks
3) NijiEN, after inclining back to the 4k line (a line thei crossed during the excellent May and Jun 2022) reclined a little bit, likely as consequence of the waning debut buff of the new gen
4) Despite the poor FPS season with APEX beind a dud and Valo and LOL not being able to float the box up, the VSPO girls found a way to stay afloat at their current high water mark, with new ouftits, internal (and external) collabs and MonHun.
5) NijiJP (as a whole) is at a holding pattern, mostly because as their heavy hitters get a massive incline out of Koshien, it seems to come at the cost of the little guys.
That and the fact their FPS streamers are, along with the rest of that box, stagnated because of the poor APEX season

One thing SORELY lacking for EN is someone who will do the long projects and actually see them to completion. You don't need to be GOOD to do those for minecraft, just dedicated and willing to look things up.
Singing is a solid draw, and should either do ONE song on debut or a Karaoke within the first week or two. As for RTS/4x, difficult. Both of these lend themselves more to edited videos than livestreams, unless you want HEAVY audience interaction for say, Civ5 (constant polling to engage the audience to let them pick things like going wide/tall, what early tech to go etc).
Most important of all though, is figure out a slot, stick to it, and be consistent in streaming.

As much as I like 4x (I really do), they are number poison. RTS is fine but you need something that people can understand, probably the newest AoE. Bad at shooter is really a disadvantage because that is the game that can excuse you for not talking.
Your first week schedule should probably looks like
collab->AoEIV->whatever game that suits your character->any retrogame->singing->AoEIV->rest/history lesson (since you like 4x you should probably know some niche shit in history)
