CCV is an obviously terrible measurement which is known since at least last December when Susan applied the same debuffs HoloEN has to HoloJP as well.
Lamy's viewers got snapped in half while she was streaming and the HoloX kimono reveals had Kiara-tier viewership.
It got fixed a few days later, bringing HoloJP back up while HoloEN did not budge one bit throughout the entire ordeal because they had the debuff before and still have it now.
Interestingly if you compare total VOD views to CCV it seems that StarsEN does not yet have that debuff. Even 1 hour streams would get more VOD views with 6k+ CCV in HoloEN.

NijiKR seems to have lost a lot of their members, those with an * didn't have at least 5 streams in Jul 2022 and I assume they retired while, those on NijiID side, I assume they just didn't stream that month (can't be arsed to check).
