Really depends on what genre you like the most too. Everyone's posted great suggestions, but the appeal to most roguelike/lites is they can branch from strategy to shooters and everything in between.

Though on top of what's suggested I'd personally recommend Nuclear Throne just because it's one of my favorites. Another one I should really give more attention is Rift Wizard.
