Do they even need auditions? Their scouting team should be constantly going over vtubers who are growing fast and offering them to join the company instead of running auditions once a year. Unless they plan on going the same route as Hololive and Nijisanji by owning their IP and forcing creators to re-debut under another name, I just don't see the point of not being open 24/7 for talents that meet their criteria.
