Just glancing over your translation, it doesn't seem to be that bad at all. There are some odd choices in my opinion on how you translated some parts, such as leaving out some very minor parts that don't really need to be translated but wouldn't hurt, but overall your translation seems accurate enough to not be misinformed on any important parts. And yes, "back to my senses" isn't a bad translation from what I can tell on page 72, but 77 has a typo "my" instead of "me". My Japanese isn't that good to start with, I've just recently gotten good enough to start translating manga, but my listening skills aren't good enough to check the video's accuracy in any form of auditory respect. Did you do this with your own Japanese or did you use something like mtl?

I used yomichan to check on anything I was unsure about, googled some expressions to see if there was a better english alternative, since I'm ESL and may not know them, and also checked the official english subtitles for the music video to at least try to have some consistency, though I preferred to support his talk in a more consistent way than just match the official translation 1:1
I used to use deepL a lot just to listen to the readings, but they removed the read out loud feature for whatever reason a while ago.
Appreciate the feedback, on the typos and everything as well, since as I mentioned I'm ESL and not particularly good at english, so just improving the english writing itself is already very much welcome.

Thanks a lot, anon! I should probably try my hand at translating some manga, even if only for fun. Now that you've mentioned it, it seems like a good learning tool. Especially if it's shounen stuff, since the furigana is right there to teach you readings without having to stop your momentum and going after an outside source just for that.
I really recommend installing yomichan if you don't already use it, by the way. The tiny kanji issue is completely solved by that, just hold shift with your mouse on top of it and it comes up at a decent size with reading and dictionary meanings. It's extremely useful to pick up new vocabulary from stream chat, in my opinion.
It's definitely a very different experience trying to translate a talk and trying to get across how they said things, rather than just give a summary of what was said. I get so much more insecure trying to represent people's thoughts than I do if someone just asks me "what is he talking about?", and it took me quite a while to go over that, but it was also really fun, honestly. Japanese is a fun language.

Translating manga is a very good practice tool, especially with how the brain learns words as you learn the meanings much more quickly when your mind is attaching it more directly to it's genuine meaning in practice rather than it's "translation", if that makes sense. It helps much more than things like anki. I learned and reliably remember the word 弟子, pupil or apprentice, after seeing it only twice while translating, and the furigana in the younger kids manga are indeed insanely helpful. I will warn you not to shirk your listening practice for it though as it only helps a little with that, and I'm frustratingly still bad at understanding streams while being much better with things like tweets. I've actually already got rikaikun, which is pretty much the same as yomichan, which is what I was using to check the small kanji.

Yeah, I can totally see that issue with focusing too much on reading over listening. I'm more listening oriented myself, and even then I'm already finding that I have an easier time watching something in japanese with japanese subs on top of it, so I can only imagine how much of a bad habit it can become if you focus too much on reading.
And I can relate from experience because the first time I noticed that I could, in fact, understand english without english subtitles, was when I first tried to listen to a podcast. Before that I exclusively relied on subtitles, and only when I didn't really have a choice that I realized that "hey, I can follow this, what the hell". It's really hard to rewire your brain on these things.
