It seems to be a new rule management has put into them. Myth and Council had streams some streams that were 2 hours in the first week but only Tempus has the 1 hour restriction for a month.

The reason was to not cause burnout, that's it. I really hope is not something they enforce in the future with other gens because is bullshit.
