There's really only a few ways:
-Reduce the amount of oxygen flowing to the brain to an unsustainable amount. This can be done by either depriving the environment she's in of breathable oxygen (for example, trapping her underwater or filling the room with CO2). This will cause the brain and heart (and therefore, all other organs) to shut down and cellular death to begin. Reducing the overall amount of blood would have the same effect.
-Destruction of the brain. This will cause all other organs to stop functioning. Even if you are unable to fully cease all functions of the brain, any damage will likely be enough to significantly impair her cognitive abilities. Removing her ability to speak or think competently would be a win. And at a certain point, you would hardly be able to call her 'alive' anymore.
-Destruction of the heart or lungs. Calling back to the first option, destroying these would prevent adequate bloodflow.
-Simply wait long enough and her alcohol addiction and overwork will destroy her kidneys and liver.

Easiest and most optimal option would be taking your meds and just not watching her, though.
