Phase Connect is by far the biggest of those and is doing a lot more stuff and generally has more fans in /vt/ than the others you mentioned. CyberLive doesn't even exist anymore.
/pcg/ is usually in the top 5 fastest threads of the board while the others don't even fill one thread per day if they have one at all. It's would be weird if you saw the same amount of IdolCorp threads as Phase Connect ones based on that.

Well, if I had to say, they've been putting some real effort on the grind for success. Attending cons for visibility, collabing with unorthodox people to pull new blood in the vtubing market, diversifying content and platforms.
