I don't have any tips, as it's likely that ASMR just isn't for you, which is fine, different strokes for different folks after all. Just try to stick around as long as you can, and if you don't enjoy it, there's no shame in leaving.

Maybe try playing some game and having the ASMR in the background so the gameplay distracts you from the audio aspects of ASMR you don't like, allowing you to still listen to Nina? I do that while listening to Vox's ASMR since I enjoy the absurdity of it.

First time I tuned to Millie's ASMR a few months ago I have no clue what people enjoy in these sounds.

I think I started to have a feel for it when I also started listening to random lo-fi version of music, it just clicked from there.
Like it's an easy jump from enjoying lo-fi to getting used to that aggressive tinging sounds her ASMR makes.
Nowadays I play her asmr in my phone before I sleep, it helps.
But then I'm one of the people that like listening to the sound the rain makes so I guess in my case it's just a progression.
