I feel like this will become the norm if Japan continues the slow transition out of the pandemic and lockdowns. It was easy when everyone was stuck at home and all they could do was collab and play games but now that restrictions are getting lifted, we'll probably see what Hololive was meant to be. She probably won't be playing with Flare for a while in MonHun because Flare is way too overpowered right now since she beat the game. However, I do have hope that Noel can collab with Lui. Lui's been playing consistently and she's getting far into base Rise. MonHun will probably stay popular at least through August with the newest update coming sometime during the month.

On second thought, after checking Lui's progress and remembering what's needed, I don't think Lui will reach Sunbreak by the end of August. Lui is only about 3/4 done with base Rise, and at a certain point, she'll have to grind ranks to unlock the last boss which will take a while. And this is just to start Sunbreak, which Noel is currently halfway done with. Chloe might reach Sunbreak if she continues to play with her fans (who are using endgame Sunbreak gear in base Rise).

Iroha is the person that is closest to where Noel right now. I checked her last stream and I believe they are literally at the same place story wise. It works for me because I like both and I want them to have a gaming Collab.

Only way is to use the armor and weapons you used when you were at your friends rank. The armor isn't an issue but the weapon can be depending on how stingy you are. If you upgraded the weapon you used at your friends level, you'll have to downgrade the weapon which costs in-game zenny (no problem since Flare has a lot) and in some cases, losing materials you used to make the weapon. It's not a big deal if you were smart about it and only used common materials though. Although Flare could just ask Noel to fight the monster again to recoup the material cost.

So, is she trying to make "Taro" a thing? Kind of like how Pekora has "Peko" and Iroha has "Gozaru"?

Looking at upcoming game releases, I don't see any that Noel would play. Only thing I see is maybe the new Star Ocean but she never mentioned Star Ocean.
