Personally, I think all vtubers in mayor companies that haven't made it to 100k subs after their first week should be fired.
If they don't get 10k views at minimum on their streams, they should get fired.
If their music cover videos get less than a mil views after a week of been released, they should be fired.
Hololive and Nijisanji need to be more cutthroat, NUMBERS MATTER and if you can't make them there is no point of being a vtuber idol.
