Fairly accurate. Ufotable = high budget, animation looks great but shit story, characters, and pretty much everything. JC staff = can run out of budget mid season, but story/script is guaranteed to be great, every character is not one dimensional, actually has personality and get proper character development/interaction with each other.

Last time I checked ufotable love what they do, it's a bunch of nasuversefags adapting all the works they can (+ kny) because they love them, with the president dodging taxes to offset potential losses his company could suffer in the future. There's no equivalent to them in vtubing that I know of. Hololive is more like mappa, low iq execs giving shit conditions to their most important product and coming out with dogshit that only the most entry level retards could appreciate and call good because they started watching anime a year ago and have a watch log of 20 finished series (which are all seasonals that got popular on social media due to memes)

Actually works with Nijisanji/DC being big first and setting the standards, but then getting overtaken when the rival lands some big hits. They then have to play catch up trying to copy what the rival is doing but also trying to still be different at the same time and it just turns out kinda messy.
