My view on that post is that he is pointing out that half of the audience has (supposedly) left because of Ame's statements about maybe collabing with Holostars in a group setting. Then the post also points out that she won't collab with a Genmate and her Kohai.

Personally, I think the poster missed the part where Ame repeatedly said she's not exactly a collab-oriented person, and emphasized that most of the time it tends to be Solo content.
I think a lot of people who are talking about this are stirring up drama on her because they want to create a scandal where none truly exists.
