It was mostly about the organization of such a company, and how to rig it to implode when phaseanon wants his revenge story to take place

Essentially, set the company up as a joint administered entity that is separate from all the three (or more if more factions join in on the economical exploitation) participants but owned by each of them. These were the ideas:

1. The corporation administrator/CEO is pulled from the upper echelons of the Chronobanks Merchant House. They are not the head of the house or any of those in line for primary inheritance, or if they are, they are to renounce their right to said inheritance.
2. This person is made to swear fealty to the emperor of 2434.
3. Infinity, Chronobanks, and 2434 are to set up a board of overseers for the company activities. This board has the right to veto the CEO decisions, or force him to take action. The CEO shall not be on this board.
4. This board of overseers will have a total of 10 members, with all the founding members of the company represented according to their ownership share. Decisions made by the board of overseers shall be done by majority vote (at least 6 overseers agreeing for a decision to be made).

The initial ownership share will be as follows
2434: 40%, 4 overseers
Infinity: 30%, 3 overseers
Chronobanks: 20%, 2 overseers
Last overseer will be a 2434 puppet from the then-current phase government.
Percentages can be changed if more factions want to invest. The important thing is no single coalition ever has more than 5 overseers. In the current form, Infinity-Chronobanks has 5 overseers, and 2434 through their puppet has a total of 5 overseers.

Each founder will fund an equivalent percentage of the costs. The cost of the last 10% shall be covered by selling 10% of the total shares to the highest bidders, either another nations or to influential individuals among the elite of 2434, nasfaqg, and infinity. None of the founders are allowed to buy these shares.

Each overseer faction agrees to inform the others if their purchase of shares would allow them to gain another overseer, or lose one.
When needed, if the company is seen as too challenging for pcg to topple, Board of Overseers conflict, indecisiveness, and inefficiency in leadership can be used as a justification for the company to have a few major blunders.

Note, just a proposal i came up with the other day while thinking about vtwbg while falling a sleep.

I dont personally see issue in it, as long as we dont have incredible wealth companies popping left and right. A wealthy foreign banking family is fine in my opinion, and having them have ties to the Serene Republic (of nasfaqg) is also fine by me, as long as those ties fit within the existing lore.

Personally, I like the idea of nasfaqg having more inter-thread interaction like that, however, the anon is right on the "large nasfaqg companies" part. I'd say the company in nasfaqg itself is at most wealth level 4-5, the family can be wealthier (but that wealth is mostly stored in assets in their homeland).
Probably wouldnt let you have a corporate city in nasfaqg, as those would be reserved for the thread's own plutocrats.

As for chronobanks reaction in-universe, it really depends on the Hudtwalckers, who they are dealing with, and whether the two have interacted with each other before. Chronobanks is a bank mostly in name, its really a tripoint-like megacorporation / city-state.

I don't want for /nasfaqg/ to monopolize having big companies, other states can absolutely have some major industrial/financial families/organizations. That being said, I kind of agree with the point you're trying to make, so let me also explain it to others.
/nasfaqg/ is centered around NASFAQ, which is a real game (https://nasfaq.biz/leaderboard)) with its own players and thread culture. Companies and plutocrats are largely inspired by players and happenings in the game and the thread. That's what Tripoint and Chronobanks are - at the same time, there are some completely custom companies (Edelweiss Co.) crafted for the purpose of lorebuilding alone.
Essentially, I feel like large /nasfaqg/ companies have to come from NASFAQ. You're free to become a player and larp with your /vtwbg/ company on NASFAQ, and of course you're free to make a small-medium sized corporation that's /nasfaqg/-based or operates in it.

I wonder what Sapling's woven tree houses are like. I can imagine giant tree branches are woven together to make walls and roofs. /uuu/'s climate could be warm most of the year so no fire is necessary. If there is a need for fire then ceramic hearths made from clay can work. Beds would be woven out of reeds or bark. You can have matresses made from straw or hay, then cover it with a thick linen blanket. Carved giant tree stumps could also be used as housing. The trees could also have places to collect rainwater from the monsoon storms. Woven trees sound comfy to live in.

So I'm phoneposting on break rn, and won't be home for another 6 hours, but I should also clarify my stance: I am not opposed to anything you propose, and love having someone to bounce the ideas off of, but personally I will wait and see how our placement plays out first. The biggest takeaway I got from reading that is the need for a base concept that can be used to give magical properties when combined with specific materials. I think the best concept that fits within the writings I have and the effects and ideas given mentioned by >>29199765 and >>29199792 that I really liked and could see a way writing for, would probably be "Connections".
Towa frequently is a collaborator and shares many connections with people all over the vtuber world, and is the host for in company collabs as well, on top of being on a good level with those within. The thread itself represents that with it's continued talking of others and those Towa hangs out with.
As such using the chuubanite powered by connections, one could isolate themselves or project themselves in a greater amount like >29199765 mentioned be it in the hivemind or to others, or as >29199792 mentioned, using it to restore wounds and poison as Towa herself and kenzoku have gone through a lot to get to the point we are at now and using "Connections" to literally close the wounds together and force out injuries.

Yeah, I'd want to think about that for a bit. I'm not sure about making the lands ruled by the reps from just one of the fandoms. I suppose having some form of council with a representative would work, or the amount of power the family would have outside of being a symbol would be rather limited. The transition into dialogue is a bit awkward. This could be solved stylistically, or maybe narratively by conveying someone else's account of the encounter.
Quedlinburg's cavalry is a bit awkwardly positioned, on the hills and behind his own lines.
Mansfeld having to cross the river twice is dubious, unless there are pre-existing bridges on the river rather than requiring pontoon bridges.
Love the stray cannonball. This sounds dramatic, but these things did happen on the battlefields and you can find a lot of historical accounts of them. After bouncing off the ground those metal balls were just RNG of death.
Although, I have to say, it originating from the Mayer Heights to Krummen Hill would require range and probably a really arced trajectory to hit accurately, I'd have assumed that artillery would be firing at troops not stationed at the hill to benefit the most from the rolling cannonballs. Based Quedlinburg wasting no time for mourning.
I liked the overall flow of the battle, although an additional map with troop movements would help greatly with placing events spatially.

As for lore stuff, if youre insterested, guilds should probably act like irl organisations. Some are private, some are royal/state owned, some are unions. Some adventurers are domestic, while some are allowed to travel across the seas.
That way you wouldnt be met with isekai anime cliches. A local state owned guild would occassionally clash with a Blackwater styled guild hired by their enemy nation for example.

I actually think that I could make both of those concepts work together, the poison and the connections I mean. Essentially, it gets at the idea of the hivemind of /towa/ but also of the word cloud as its used throughout different threads in /vt/, the artefact's actual form might just be a crown or some kind of devil's eye or something but its effect would essentially allow the kenzoku to splinter their mind and view the collective consciousness of a nation through the lenses of a word cloud.
They could see a nousagi and generate a visualization of the different abstract thoughts that every nousagi has in the simplified form that is a word cloud like >>29202788 and in that sense, if they decided to view deeper, they can slowly piece together small thoughts from individuals and have minor mind reading abilities at the risk that the word cloud might suddenly flood with shit like SEX, or WAR, or CONCEPTS and mentally rape them. If they got skilled at this, then I could even see them being able to direct the words over an individual to lightly influence them or force a sudden concept onto them in order to mind rape them, either sending them into schizo madness or temporarily imprinting the word's meaning onto them for a few hours causing them to act erratically.
