Either way if you want to still watch her, check the new channels out. Yes, Bilibili is a headache for non-Chinese but she isn't the only vtuber who is double/tripple dipping on there.

People can call it self-sabotage or whatever, she went from a high sub YouTube channel to ~100 people on Twitch.

She's actually doing alright and even bought her own house a few months ago so it's obviously not for the money with her. If she wanted to go corpo (big or small) I'd think she would have done it by now if things went south.

It's not just the audience. To go from a few twitch streams a week to having to stream nearly every day for a year, having to collab with others (if you see her twitch stream she RARELY does them unless it's with certain people), I don't think she would. She would get in anywhere if she actually wanted to. But she got burned out by bad management before so that's likely the deal breaker unless it's somewhere like PhaseConnect (and even then, I don't think she knows about them, she did a few Prism collabs though).
