Highly doubt she went to C, she was severely underweight by japanese standards, which are very different from western ones. She also bragged about becoming taller than most girls.
It's impossible to get taller, get a fuller figure and not gain significant weight. She's still considered slim.
Obviously this will forever be only speculation, but newfriends who come onto the stream expecting the girl behind the model to look anything like the model are deluding themselves.

So this is my rrat. She was always this big albiet she was indeed underweight as heck and when she was talking about Nade friend from Singapore she was actually talking abiut herself. Remember her description of Nade friend actually matches her current model.
The other possibility is she had a delayed puberty due to any number of things and when doctors realized this (I remember her being really pissed off about Doctors last year though the stream is gone) they gave her hormones to help her out and that caused her booba to grow bigger.
Finally she could just be exaggerating but the entire reason she wanted the new model was to match what she really looked like IRL.

Disabling vods will stop the behavior (they save the vods for 60 days because it's a bonus provided if you subscribe to twitch turbo and devs can't be fucked to keep your shit secure). I have python scripts that can automatically download streams while they're still happening live anyways though. A minority will have avenues and tools that the average person wont. Being aware of things is good, her having to change her entire routine is a weird conclusion to make though?

Someone can clip an unarchived stream while it's happening, or screen record it. Sure it's less likely, but it's all the same in the end. If that didn't dissuade her, this shouldn't either.

Just don't do things you wouldn't want other people to see if you're that concerned about it.
