I had to look into the OG Holostars after the Tempus guys turned out to be chill and not at all like what I expected.

Yeah Rikka's voice is the one that goes off in that vocalization at the end.
Rikka is one of the best technical singer in all of Holopro and has gotten much better. Like Azaki he's also the most connected person in Holopro from his NND days. Its why he can put out covers within 24 hours or less sometimes of new songs. He also lacks a bit of stage flair/precences in his coreo due to being old but is getting better at it.
Astel has great range and power but lack control and finesse with it. He has some of the best flair and preformances visually though
Izuru has great control and a way at making that rasp of him work very well. His performances are very good
Shien is good too and Tenma has a lot of potentional.

Council took a long while before they started making the lore their own, while Myth had pretty good control with it since day 1 (Kiara was already making the whole KFP thing on debut).
