But don't seem to understand that a single early stream from a HoloEN can't suddenly override the many streams where they are live past midnight - The european fanbase hasn't been garnered, so they don't expect or look out for such streams.

There are a selection of EUchuubas on twitch that pull high views and donation numbers just by streaming at european friendly times and thereby cultivating an audience for them.

If there were more european holos, the fanbase would increase and the amount of viewers would increase as well. As long as they don't overlap to much, it would not mean that kiaras viewers would decrease.
In case of overlap, they will watch the more entertaining, which might be kiara depending on how good the other Talents are.
Despite this, very important streams would hit MUCH higher numbers. It's why some of the japanese holos are able to get insane ccv, because everyone decides to tune in for that, even if they didnt 100% like kiara. They would watch it because their oshi isn't streaming and might be watching it as well or talked/will talk about it.

Now let's say there's a superstar holo on kiara's timeslot. If the fanbase didn't increase that much, kiara would get lesser viewers. Only then it would be a bad thing.
