I'm afraid none of them because they mumble a lot and there are no japanese subtitles to accompany the videos.
If you are a complete beginner, start with jp-subbed anime. If are already proficient, you can watch any of them, it doesn't make a difference and you should be able to understand all of it no problem.

My method to learning Japanese is:
1) cram katakana/hiragana into your head, there's absolutely no way around this one. Use old cramming methods like writing them down on grid paper if you have to.
2) anki core 6k grind. The important point is you have to do this daily and don't break the habit. Maybe integrate it to your commute.
3) immersion by watching anime/reading raw manga (Shonen magazines in particular have furigana that ease reading). For voltaction member maybe Akira since he specializes in zatsudan and has clear radio voice.

I've been enjoying all the different play-throughs of Stray. Usually I hate when everyone plays the same game since shit gets boring fast, but the variety in how everyone plays has been fun. Akina's is so stupid and cute and based more on just being the cat, Mayu's was super story-focused, and Axia's (which is probably my fav so far) is very exploration-based. Waiting for Akina to play the ending, though, since I started with him.

Shellin's Stray playthrough was really fun. He really enjoyed the setting and story. I love he keep getting distracted by random things like outdoor fan, computers, or the robots' head, really show how much he loves machines. Fucking nerd.
Also he kinda implied that he majored in something biology or chemistry related from his comment about wandering around wearing filthy labcoat because he's too lazy to change after doing experiments in the lab for his graduation thesis.

I had to stop watching to run errands so I still have some of the VOD left to watch, but from what I understand losing matches means your school's reputation is low, so recruiting strong players in the second year can be rough (though not sure if 1st years are purely RNG). If you lose all the time your reputation becomes trash and you don't get strong 2nd and 1st years. You don't get training and mood bonuses from winning. You don't get points you can exchange for items and grounds improvements. You don't get to progress in tournaments which makes everything already mentioned that much worse since you effectively lost all those games by default. Now his 3rd years who were relatively strong at the start graduated and his 1st years are probably the worst pull I have ever seen in pawapuro. There is no turning this around at this point.
