Very pretty face, the glacces are a nice touch, and the hair looks great.
Hands aren't nearly an issue like you make them seem anon
All I can recommend is ttying that flip-trick, where you look at a piece from different angles (or flipping it on an axis in digital art) to make sure proportions are where you want them to be

Yeah, that's the intention. I wanted her to be like "passing and saying hello while you are sitting on your desk" so she should be looking a bit downwards and towards you. I referenced another drawing for the shirt, but the angle was different, so you are correct that it becomes weird

Try to keep everything in perspective and aligned. I drew some red shit to show where I think her limbs should sit.

Overall the most offensive things to me are the shoulders and her baby arm on the right.

It looks like it would be good to look up perspective drawing, even the simple concept of drawing a 3d cube will help you out immensely.

It might not seem intuitive for figure drawing and anime but it will apply to anything you want to do and is the backbone of any drawing.

I also drew over her face to show how great of a job you did keeping everything aligned and in perspective in this area.
