It should. The longest any Hololive branch went without a new gen was 15 months for both JP (5 to Holox gap) and ID (2 to 3 gap). EN3 could realistically debut either in late October or early November, which is an ideal time since there aren't many birthdays or anniversaries to overlap with. I was honestly betting on that release schedule for StarEN with EN3 debuting this month, but I guess Cover wanted to put StarsEN out as fast as possible.

The only thing we know is that apparently he's been part of HoloEN since the beginning and I believe works as the branch's producer, and was credited on some of the early IRyS' songs.
