I would think their field office is taking some phone calls and meetings with some larger indies and ex-corpos. I don't think they have any intention of doing to do a 'throw 5-10 talents at the wall and see who sticks' method as is traditionally done with corpos. I think you might be seeing a alternating EN/JP debut over the next few months, but allowing new talents to have some breathing room to get their footing with their new backing.

I would expect a 'wave' of ENmales though sometime before the end of the year. But none of this is going to happen until the fall, since it's already a saturated debut season.
