I do have an idea for some character designs ideas for chumbuddies. The first idea is that they'll children who look "younger" than Gura. Gura's like an early teenager. So Chumbuddies would look pre-teen. Alternately you could make chumbuddies shortstacks like Paimon from Genshin Impact. Not exactly her size. They can be bigger at around 3'. Technically chumbuddies could be as tall as Gura if you measure them from head to tail. But their shrimp body makes it seem like chumbuddies are smaller than Gura because of the curled tail.

If we are going with bipedal shrimps the legs should be a lot stronger and/or be moved up along the body. I know it's just an early concept but I doubt they can stand if their legs are like this. Shrimps are quite small so they probably don't have to have very strong legs to make them stand bipedally on land. Well their money is nuts. So when they need money they literally just fucking climb and collect. This encourages constant exercise and movement. As for a specific type, Risu herself said her favorite is cashews so that would be more or less the "official" currency but all nuts have worth. Risuners would have of course a supply and demand system so if the guy selling tools is suddenly not selling shit he will lower prices. Again this varies from tribe to tribe.

Yes. I mentioned this a few times but to the newbies or anyone that forgot. Every November Risu herself comes from her temple and visits the major settlements. Risuners flock to the bigger places to have essentially a competition to see who collected the most nuts. Whoever does gets to nut in Risus mouth directly. The experience is said to be divine and even married risuners will allow their spouse to do this. Of course there are those who don't collect as many so those who know they will not win just hoard up on whatever they can by. A few risuners would buy a lot of tools or general goods and then sell them after November is done. Due note that ALL nuts must be given to Risu and anyone that fails to do this will be geese chambered. This includes ALL foreigners regardless of status or rank.

Also going to include this. Risuners have no interest in fighting sanalites war. Their main objective is the /uuu/ forest so although there would be certain individuals they would want to save they would actually retreat to the forest border and fight alongside the saplings. Risuners REALLY want to be friends with saplings at all costs. In fact when sapling gets back I have to ask them about magic shit. They did say something about shamans possessing magical trinkets I think? Risuners will want magic fucking anything and ask if there is a way that those deeper in the forest could come out to visit so that risuners do not die to the sapling conversion.
Actually a VERY important question for saplings. Will the conversion turn a risuners faith to love fauna or is it just become a plant. A risuner volunteer just might be offered if they are still allowed to love Risu.

resetting the economy gives the system a high time preference. mounting risks and decreasing profits will discourage productivity and lead to depressions. you can resolve this if people who had larger amounts of nuts but didn't succeed were able to transfer some, or even any of the value they produced into the next year, and this is inevitable because it cannot possibly be regulated. the transfer could be good will that lasts no more than one year itself, people betting on certain victors over others and making deals with them based on their performance the previous year. this would be inevitable, and also could ease some of the inevitable economic collapse, this is ignoring the fact that common goods will become currencies if they are the more useful currency just by the nature of human behavior, even though risuners are part squirrel. it shouldn't be too difficult to implement into the lore to justify why the system can survive at all, it could probably go without saying, but from a cause-and-effect sort of perspective, that could explain how essentially the same system would not be calamitous to the same degree. almost seems like an afterthought on semantics and trivia, really.

ppsenpai. I need some help because I am stuck and you are my new senpai because you seem to be the one who understands how things work in Nijilands the most.
1. I really wanted these orders to be their own breed of tribalists that fight Pomudachi, Dragoons, Honeys and Rosebuds. it is supposed to reflect the disillusionment many buds have with the fanbase as a whole but always our dislike of the others as much. But I really can't do that because of the borders and after trying to understand things, I don't feel comfortable touching anything with rosesenpai because things aren't fully explained as he said and he has roseschizo as the villain when the truth is he is different than what I am going for. It's not roseschizo that causes our fanbase to rip each other apart, he really doesn't impact much and its hard to see him as the main problem like rosesenpai has him as he just parrots the same points and is a joke at this point. To make this easier to understand for a pomudachi like you, imagine if you had a pomu general where one schizo posted about doxshit or pomu being uncreative, lazy or something, and half of the fanbase agreed with the latter point. Or you had mintfags dissatisfied with how Pomu has changed and state that and everyone jumps on you for that. I don’t agree with either one of these sides but there is a major schism in our fanbase that babirusas don’t represent. Also with the way he made it, i cant use these schizo knights to attack dragoons for slaves which makes this not make sense on a meta level.
2. I feel like i don’t have much creative freedom in this because babirusas are written to be monsters that are hard to kill (they really arent unless he thinks of the fanbase differently than i do). Also, since rosebutas as you have told me do not tolerate humans and i want to work with humans, it makes sense that my knights would show no mercy to them at all. The reason i wanted to work with humans is because rosebutas as they are now are hard for me to work with when it comes to war stuff. It doesn’t seem in their nature to want to fight others unless provoked or a babirusa, which makes no sense in our fanbase. We absolutely do love fighting as rosesenpai said himself, sunwalkers don’t seem to do that. That’s why i tried to work with humans because i understand how humans think better than the limited information he has out for me to look at. I like having reference material, and seeing me get destroyed by assholes that thought i was screwing him on purpose angered me. I didn’t act right but fuck them and i hope they seethe more.
3. I am now in constant fear of messing with his lore somehow because i feel bad that i almost drove him out. I don’t know if i really feel comfortable even totally writing about /nijien/ rosebuds because of that and how people will want my blood over it. Not the antis who i love but actual regulars who just see me as an upstart who came in and tried to drive out everyone’s favorite writer because i was stressed and writing something that i thought was separate enough to work with his lore. I look at you and the dragoon, and the others and see how well you cooperate with them despite you saying you are an asshole and a control freak; and others thinking that of you. Maybe its because you have written down your lore much that it is easy to work with even for those who aren’t interested in most of what you write. I just want to write about these sadistic knights who are complete savages to everyone but themselves and not being able to even play with the dragoons or rosebuds discourages me so much.

You can have something that is basically the same as what you have though, basically an earthly incarnation of the chuuba, /kfp/, /luna/, /risu/, to a lesser extent /morig/ have similar things. The gist of it is that it's not literally Towa walking on Vitubia, but it's a person that speaks with her voice and looks like her that is among us. This implementation is compatible with your lore so far and fits perfectly with our universe. Also it's very fun! Having the literal tower in there is great kek.

I think there is a distinction between /here/chuubas and incarnations of chuubas. The /here/chuubas are the actual heavenly being visiting us, like Kiki or Koopa openly, or like some other chuubas do anonymously (risu, pomu, mori).
