during 2018, they debuted gen 0, gen 1 and gen 2, that's 15 holos in less than a year
In 2019 they debuted gamers, gen 3 and gen 4, another 14 holos.
In less than 2 years, they debuted 30 holos.
Meanwhile, if we look at the EN branch, in the same period of time of 2 years there has been only 11 holos and 2 of them barely stream (Gura, Sana)
It was a mistake not hiring more people for the new EN branch. It's like they got complacent with the EN branch success and decided to apply the backwards logic they had for new debuts because the JP debuts slowed down
