Can't speak for other groups but there is nobody I would call "very good" in Phase Connect. Lumi plays some "tough" games(relatively speaking) like Xcom 2 but I can't say she's especially good at them. Tenma gets by in games like Isaac, but I'd say she's of average gaming skill at best. You won't find anyone even close to professional skill levels in Phase and likely not in any small corpo. Girls get hired for having a good charismatic atmosphere that keeps people watching and donating. Gaming skill seems to be a distant second consideration. I've been looking for that perfect storm of good gamer that is also fun to watch for a while and not had any luck honestly.
