It’s a WIP, but as of right now it works something like this. Sunwalkers have a council of VPs, each Vice President is the leader of a tribe. The council works together to solve Sunwalker issues and only answer to the Grand Overseer due to her direct connection with the Lovedaughter. The Tunnelhogs have a council of Overseers, each Overseer being in charge of a underground dome city. This council works together to solve Tunnelhog issues and only answer to the Grand Overseer.
VPs are decided by physical/combative prowess while Overseers are elected to represent by the people of the dome. I hope that makes some level of sense.

They aren’t very religiously moved themselves, but must be so when the Grand Overseer comes in with some fanatic beliefs. In other words, the council is a normal government but they can be controlled by the religious head of the nation.
The Grand Overseer would likely be their sponsor and force the council to support them every now and then. This does mean there’s some strained opinions of the Grand Overseer on the council too. Does that make sense?

As for food your meals are dependent on what you grow around there. Unfertilized lava-boiled dragon eggs might be a delicacy if they're not poisonous. Since you live in mountains... Goats (milk and meat) and fish would be diet staples. Perhaps snakes too. Your veggies would grow in the valleys. Just have to look at your climate and plan crops accordingly. The valleys would also be where your livestock grows as well. Whatever humans hunt, dragons can hunt too.

From my basic knowledge in agriculture, I would say that any place in /haha/ is good for growing crops for cattle. Villages near Mount Ember and Isskar have to trade with farms dedicated to growing food for cattle. The land in /haha/ isn't much fertile however, so rotation farming must be practiced.

I tried the pre-packaged cornbread from the store. It tastes like wheat and corn syrup. There's barely any corn meal in cornbread anymore.

An extremely small part of /haha/ is able to grow those crops. Winds from the humid Archduchy of Eliria make for exceptionally long summers in that small region. Because of that, /haha/ has the luxury of producing, albeit in limited numbers, those kinds of vegetables. At least that's my interpretation of the map.
