It would seem there may be different art directors between EN and JP as we're seeing some surprising lack of taste with Irys, Sana and most ot Tempus. An art director would be the guy to put a stop to something and send it back for a redo. If anons on /vt/ can fix Mr. Hand's face in like 10 minutes on the fly and it legit looks 3x better then I don't know what to say, that's just nuts. Uproar's designs are all top tier, it's REALLY odd to go from top to bottom, like worse than Luxiem vs Noctyx (another really odd contrast in its own right).

You might also say that Lui's design is kind of iffy in HoloX however (her eyes are kind of stare-through-your-soul creepy) but the rest of those are A-grade.
