Has a lot going on in her personal life, which led to getting mixed up with a lot of bad people (who pressured her into the things that caused drama), but she's mostly sailed past that at this point. Her endgame is being an idol, basically. She does engage in a lot of GFE stuff but it is one sided, contrary to what I see a lot of people saying, in the sense that she is indeed playing a character and halts when someone gets out of line. I’ll be honest I’ve streamed to zero viewers before and it does fucking suck. And I wasn’t doing it with any expectation it’d do well, I just occasionally turn on OBS when I have a game I wanna play, and still it feels bad during those points where I see the number hit zero. Can’t imagine how shit it feels to want to make it your big new thing, try at it a lot, and just get nowhere through no real fault of your own. Especially if you want it as an escape from your shitty mundane life, even moreso if you drop money on it. Just makes me wanna sort by viewers from lowest to highest and give someone a +1.

I don't really begrudge people that watch corpo streamers but it's really not for me. I always thought the appeal of watching a streamer was the social (or parasocial) aspects. Even if you're just lurking, you can tell the difference between a streamer that's bouncing off what people are actually discussing in chat and when chat is just this nebulous creature that spams phrases or emotes that the streamer only looks at when they need to fill dead air. At that point I'd rather just watch a hockey game or listen to a podcast or something.

I'd never get a viewersona or whatever but I used to use fanart of a chuuba as my twitch/twitter avatar and every now and again chuubas would draw viewers for one thing or another and it always made me feel weird that they just drew her since that's all they really had to go on for me
