The same rules apply. When I had my first SC2 ranked games 40% were rushes. And most people who do a rush have no followup, so either they kill you by the 2:30 mark or they give up by then because they thought their strategy is an all-in. The percentage lowers over time but pros even cheese in tournaments. You learn how to deal with the most common ones by losing to them 2 or 3 or maybe even 20 times. It's part of the process. If you care for idol improvement experience you will watch take those defeats and grow. If you want to be entertained by it, watch someone like Lumi die horribly and put on the stupid female hat.
