Ironically, Hololive ending up the way it is is why I stopped watching most of their streams. I don't watch vtubers to have them talk to (Me) or have a pretend date with (Me), I watch them to be entertained. I watch them as a spectator. I started watching Hololive in 2019 and I hated how they got less and less entertaining and more pandering as time went by and the company embraced a more "seiso" image. I don't really blame them for it though, it rakes in the cash because a lot of other guys are into that, just not me.

As for your issue, OP, I don't think your favorite Hololive is going away. EN girls will probably have mostly company-mandated group collabs with the EN boys, and only a small minority of them will do one-to-one mixed collabs. They aren't Nijisanji EN, they have a target audience of people like you that rakes in cash and they won't throw it away that easily.

That's me finishing learning ~3100 kanji, more than enough to cover your needs for up to N1 and/or living in Japan, within a year. I've been using the All in One Kanji deck you see on that pic (alongside the Vocabulary - Kanji Order deck for compound word vocab), but it has many mistakes/missing stuff in the later kanji cards (N1 and upwards) that I had to fix manually, and all cards are single kanji which is something many people don't recommend. I'll give you the links, but I think /jp/ has a thread for this stuff, I think most people nowadays use Core 2k/8k or something.

Other than that, I've been limiting myself to 10 new kanji/day (20 new cards in All in One Kanji since kanji cards are two-sided, meaning you see each kanji twice, once with just the character and you have to remember meaning/reading, and once with just the meaning and you have to remember the character/stroke order/reading). Also 20 new vocab a day as well, but I started that after half a year of single kanji learning so I had a solid base for it.
