I've mapped out a strategy for just this scenario.

If they're eunuchs who keep to themselves and have an apprecation for idol culture (in fact, if they're even genuine Holostars fans), then it's a false alarm. If cross-collabs are pushed, I'll migrate to JP and switch oshis to either Koyori, Okayu, or Nene (leaning towards the former). If Hololive goes kaput entirely then I'm finally going to start catching up on all those prestige TV shows I've been meaning to watch, that and get into birdwatching.

I've stopped actively checking vtubers when the EN side unironically got involved, and I'm not talking only about hololive. What sold me about the real death of vtubing was the graduation of Kizuna. Despite all the chink drama, her graduation just marked the confirmation of a changing vtubing environment.
Now I'm just here once in a while to see how the ship is sinking, and boy it goes even lower than my expectations.

Im going to abstain from HoloEN for about a month after males debut for my own mental health. After the dust settles I'll assess the situation. If they are managed properly and everyone behaves professionally despite the amount of homobegging collabs I'll continue watching. I might even watch the males if they go for StarsJP collabs.
