This is because of release schedules, obviously we predicted that there would be something in July, but consider the Hololive hype cycle, every time a new generation is released there's a wait period and then another build up to a release in another branch.

This takes Holostars off the table for the next open time for a new generation, EN3 will have probably finished recruiting by now, and there likely isn't anything in the works for JP or ID until another EN gen comes out.

Unless an entire new Branch is released, then EN3 is coming, and it will come in the next available time slot predicted October.
