Well, with so little context yes, Kobo seems arrogant and Siska seems salty.
But one thing that hasn't been brought up even in the catalogue thread, the whole "big vtuber" thing is a meme to begin with among Indo streamers sphere, which derived from "big/small streamer circle" or whatever it's called Indobros fill me in, i'm not too familiar with this meme. This of course is brought up in Kobo's chat occasionally, and Kobo also plays into it (essentially making fun the whole circle fiasco).
So Kobo did not really mean it when she says she's a "Big Pituber" (even you can see from her spelling) and expected the replies to bantz with her as usual. Siska likely also knows about it and therefore made a joke that Kobo is actually big-headed (this is an english term too). People not knowing the context spreading it like an actual drama, and the fact that Kobo hasn't folow her yet (or unfollow, unlikely though) doesn't help.
