I've fought her with a wild strikes flail and she broke out of the stunlock chain with a regular attack consistently. I parried Malenia to death and from my experience, Ina will have another hurdle to cross once she gets parry timings down. Since you want to be close while parrying, it puts you in a very precarious position when waterfowl comes out. She'll have to get used to abusing bloodhound step or learn to survive waterfowl from point-blank.
