I don't really agree with the point you're trying to make, but what you're saying is probably mostly true in fact. However it's ultimately up to her what she want's to do. She clearly felt that her time there was up, and no amount of seething from any side will change anything.

The issue is that every entertainer/artist under that kind of corporate scrutiny will end up leaving or making poorer quality content anyway. Fighting constantly with management and higher ups and mentally draining and anyone with common sense would settle for less money and fame to get a better quality of life.

The retention rate for Hololive is sky high though. The only people who have graduated of their own will (Rushia got fired, so she doesn't count) are Coco and now Sana.

Coco = made the taiwan incident. Coco said this incident made Cover lost a lot of big chinese sponsors, some Holos were unhappy (membership stream near graudation)

Sana = super low streaming frequency (a different scenario with Aqua, Shion, Ayame etc)

Things DON'T work out for these two Holos. For most Holos, there is absolutely NO FUCKING REASON to resign. If you are pioneer tier Holo like Shion, you can stream only once per month. How hard is that?
Coco left due to freak accident, and Sana wasn't a suitable candidate for streaming career. (I can't explain how she got it without Ina nepo rrat)

Man, if only an Asacoco-style show could come back at least once a week or month. It was a very good way to have a nice recap of funny or interesting stuff, while being a way for many members of Holo to interact and be shown a bit of spotlight.
