I sifted through these numbers recently on Streamcharts and went through her numbers last month when I was doing my monthly wrap up for June and to give you an answer on what her natural numbers are, it seems to be in the 600-800 viewer range now without raids or with raids from smaller content creators (IE sub 100 view streamers). The range factors what she is playing at that specific stream. The 600-800 viewer range is a very nice place to be living at, it's more or less on par with the likes of Nemu, limes, and Awoo Lumi. Rock solid company to be in.

In my time tracking the numbers for the thread, I would say Tob has had some of the best natural growth of a streamer I've seen. Really strong raid retention and the people who follow stick around. She's got an It factor to her and even though she's a weirdo, it's the kind of weird that clicks with a lot of people.

I don't know if I agree with this. Tob was slow and steady after the Nyan/Numi raid. she went from like 2view-100 to a consistent 200 (current CoqMeat levels) and stayed there for a while.
But I wouldn't consider her 2022 growth to be slow and steady. I feel like she went from 200 to 500+ VERY quickly after NyanAethel started Tobbing it up in their streams.
Similarly Numi went from 1500-2000 to closer to 4000 SUPER fast this year.

Numbers anon here again, this post reminded me of one other thing I wanted to talk about in regards to the Nyan>Numi>Tob raid and it's ripple effects: It lead to eyes that were previously mostly on Vshojo and Vshojo talent to start looking into smaller Vtubers.

Numi very well could have taken that audience she had from the Nyan raid and either ended stream or raided some other large streamer, but instead she gave the rub to Tob and got her name out there. This exposed that previously mostly Vshojo audience to the idea of "hey there's a vast sea of vtubers I might like here on twitch, not just this one company.". It lead to many anons here to comb over places like /wvt/ to find new and interesting chuubas to watch and promote, many of whom are /lig/gers today.

To some extent the existence of this thread is a byproduct of that very same realization and now not only do we have a thriving community and growing network of 100-500 view partnered vtubers that get attention, but also we have people like Zentreya, Nyan, and Ironmouse spending more time looking for talent they like and want to promote, which was something that had kind of died off around the time the Vshojo auditions had started and the Minecraft server died.

I know I'm probably making a bigger deal out of it than it likely was, but the data is there and it suggests that we now have a thriving ecosystem of the smaller twitch partners that is currently going through it's mini boom period, and if it keeps up we might see some of our thread favorites reach amazing highs.

The vshojo girls have always had connections to the indie chuuba scene for obvious reasons and raiding smaller indie chuubas was never anything new to them, especially in regards to Zen, Silver, Froot and Mouse
If anything, I think what really led people to look for other chuubas was exactly those connections, their minecraft server (which included several VShojo orbiters and, as a result, likely prompted people to look who was who since they'd often show up in the main member's streams). And even most recently the drought in streams a month or so ago.

People had been itching for a dumping ground for Sarueiposters for months prior to knowledge of Tob's existence to the end that Frog splits were tried and failed a couple of times.
