I feel like I didn't really choose her. At first I didn't really understand her appeal and thought she seemed a bit bland but as I learned more about her and became more familiar I ended up finding her more interesting. Now I simply genuinely love her and everything about her. I love the way she's both cold but also very sweet with her fans. I have very little to add because the other anon already gave a very good breakdown so I thought I'd give a different perspective on this. Years ago I saw someone post a comment along the lines of "Fubuki is boring because she is already perfect, supporting an idol is about seeing them grow over time and she has no growing left to do". While I don't necessarily agree with premise entirely, there's a kernel of truth in it and it keeps coming back to me. She has been doing this for four years, she used to be her company's top talent and basically already achieved it all - years ago. So she kind of has nothing to prove or pretend anymore and just does what she likes to do without much of a care. She laughed at the idea of her posting a schedule on Twitter when she saw it in an old clip during her anniversary a month ago. She doesn't do much Gachikoi pandering or fishing for superchats and she tends to keep a bit of her distance with her fans but is still very warm and loving at the same time, it's pretty hard to describe, actually. It's clear that she keeps doing this job because she loves all of it, the people, the culture, the games. And if there are aspects of it that she doesn't want to do right now, she doesn't, like right now, she is not all too interested in her solo idol career and focuses more on being featured as a guest or doing unit activity. So with her, I always get the feeling that whatever she does by her own will comes "from the heart". Like, if she really really wants to play a certain game, she just does it, even if she knows the numbers will be bad. If she finds something interesting or has a funny idea or gimmick (today's destruction work, the harmonica streams, void mining etc.) she just goes ahead, and it usually lands. She's pretty flexible, has sharp wit and knows how to make interesting and fresh content at times, but of course that's not every stream, that's just a once in a while thing. She loves streaming and does plenty of plain "boring" normal streams - almost every day, sometimes even twice. So she's a bit of a free spirit and her content can be hit and miss for many. If she gets into something, she gets into it deep. I am already dreading the next time she gets into APEX because I know for sure that will eventually happen and we'll get nothing but APEX streams for a month - but that's okay, while I don't always care about the games she streams, her enthusiasm for and her enjoyment of them always makes up for it. There's also a different side of her, though, the professional one. While in her own content she likes to take it easy, she is also a really hard worker both behind the scenes and as a company representative. Many people that don't watch much of her solo content know her mostly as the MC from the official programs or sponsored streams, but that's pretty misleading because it's just one of her many facets and not really representative of what she really is like.

To conclude this already way too long post, I guess Fubuki is not for you if you want to follow someone's growth as an idol or a streamer. She doesn't always follow the latest trends and doesn't do a lot of pandering, but mostly follows her own whims and interests. This can be boring to some, but it makes her very appealing to many as well, because I know whatever she does, she does it because she herself wants to and she always shows a lot of infectious enthusiasm for the things she loves. You should definitely give her a try if you only know her from collabs or official channel content, she is quite different as a solo streamer.

Oh, that's definitely drawn by a belly enjoyer. The clothes and some other part look less detailed and polished, but the belly is an 8/10 treat - and from what's there, it could definitely be a 9 if we saw the sides.

The belly button's relatively simple and not too dark or detailed, but the broad-v style with a small pit above it works well with the perspective, and the red area around it. The indentation that goes from between the foobs down to the upper belly is also a nice touch, but the only "design element" beyond the basic belly look we get: Nice, but some more indentations or a touch of wetness wouldn't have hurt with how in-focus the belly is. The hips look broad and fertile, while the waist is femininely slim - a shame the shirt covers so much, although it at least gives us a hint of the body outline.
Overall, the lighting and shape are very well-done - there's a nice amount of roundness in the central belly, but with V-lines clearly visible on the hips and without getting too flabby. The belly has consistent lighting from above, too; the clothes around it don't look nearly as good and have much rougher line- and shadowwork, but that's outside of our scope here.

Couple of things. First, they translated "キミと一緒に" to "with my Friends". Kimi is pretty specifically a second person singular pronoun, so she is talking to (You) specifically, and using a fairly affectionate pronoun that she doesn't usually address the Sukonbu with. Second, they replaced "私の好き" with "my hobbies", whereas I'd have gone "the things I love", I guess. Not as big a change, but I feel like it sounds more intimate and comprehensive than just her hobbies, if you know what I mean. And I'm pretty sure it can also be read as "my love" rather than "the things I love", so it has a nice double entendre in there, too.So a pretty literal translation would be something along the lines of:

Unfortunately because I'm a lazy cunt and only do the bare minimum most days, all I have to show for this is being able to read half decently. I cannot formulate a proper sentence to save my life though. Also neglected my listening reps so I catch much less than I would otherwise by able to when watching streams or listen to unsubbed audio content.
Still, being able to read as much as I can always makes me feel so happy at the progress I've made, being able to go through a fair few dialog boxes in DQV without having to look anything up, among other things.

Mine have consisted of Anki since the start, creating a mining deck around 4-5 months in after doing 2k of the old recommended core 2k/6k deck, and just reading stuff here and there until around 10 months in when I started slowly going through the Dragon Quest games, sometimes stalling months at a time though.
I'd recommend taking a look at the guides linked in >>>/int/djt or >>>/jp/djt to get started. They are a bit on the more autistic side of learning, but it's free and lets you go at your own pace. It might be good to check that guide in case it ends up being easier to digest for you, but holy fuck the shills are annoying and seem to pop up in most places people ask how to start learning Japanese, and denouncing anyone that tells you to try the other guides. You'll often find them also making posts early on in a /djt/ thread or trying to start new ones with their link in the OP instead of the usual ones. To the point that the /jp/ thread has to explicitly put that you should ignore them in their OP.
Good luck, and I hope you stick with it! It's very rough at the start, and even more so when you decide to being your reading reps, but god damn is it worth it. If you try hard enough you'll probably be able to understand most of what fbk says after 6 months to a year, but it will take effort.

I took pretty much took exactly the same path at the beginning as the DQ anon. I started with Core 2/6k and RRTK and skimming Tae Kim's guide, which was the recommended path back then, pretty much exactly 2 years ago. You can probably skip RRTK, it's of dubious value but it helped me understand the internal logic of Kanji better, so it might depend on the person. It doesn't really matter how exactly you go about starting as long as you are committed, but I definitely recommend grinding some sort of Core Deck, the Tango decks or both for a couple of months to build yourself a foundation of vocabulary and then start mining media within a couple of month, I started after 6 months but in retrospect I should have started after like 3-4. DQ anon went with text only RPGs, which help a lot with reading obviously, I started with anime with Japanese subtitles which trains both reading and listening combined, so he's probably a better reader than me while I'm a better listener but still a decent reader, I only started with games a lot later. Ideally you do both to consolidate what you learn in one domain with the other, like I do these days. I don't do any specific listening training except for subtitled anime and watching FBK streams but my comprehension is quite high, so it'd definitely recommend at least incorporating it. It can be daunting at first because your vocabulary will be bad and you'll look up lots and lots of stuff won't make sense immediately, but it's just a matter of repeated exposure. It didn't take too long after I started mining to make rapid progress and that translated quite smoothly into comprehension of FBK streams. I'd say it's quite realistic to make meaningful progress within 6 months and gain a respectable amount of comprehension within a year. What's most important is to have fun while doing it so it turns into an actual fun hobby instead of a chore. For me, watching something I wanted to watch anyway in Japanese, getting better at that, enjoying it more and subsequently also getting better at understanding streams created a feedback loop in my brain that has kept me going for 2 years without missing a single day and I enjoy it a lot. Like the other anon, I'm not good at all at writing sentences and never even tried to speak, but that would just be a matter of practice as well, I think. Just never had any opportunity or need to train it much as of yet.

If you're serious about wanting to learn I can provide you with some links, resources and methods and do another write-up within the next couple of days. The first step is always learning Hiragana, though. That's probably the easiest part and you could start doing so right away. Remember, the best time to start learning would have been a decade ago, but the second best time is right now.

Oh I forgot to mention this but it doesn't need to be a huge time investment, either. I'm not some autist that studies 8 hours a day, I usually spend an hour spread over the day doing my Anki reps and watch FBK streams and/or an episode or two of anime or play some games in Japanese for an hour or two every day and that's literally all I do. I haven't even looked at any textbooks or grammar in 2 years. I'd do allthese things anyway, I just do them in Japanese now. Learning can be fun!

Sure, I'll do it, then, been meaning to do that for a while anyway. I always like to see other people starting to do their reps because it makes the culture a lot more enjoyable for them and the discussions in the threads much better for all of us if more people actually understand her. I'd never have been able to get started without someone giving me a nudge in the right direction back then, so I like to pass it forward and help where I can.
