NTA but as a burger I think Kiara's biggest debuffs were that overdesigned mess of a first model and the chicken voice filtering people. Nowadays she's pretty great and the only real complaint people can make about her is the voice or resorting to "MEMEME" nonsense just because she's actually active on social media unlike most of EN.

Is management finally cracking down on them? I remember seeing on holodex only 1 or 2 streams a day from the entire EN branch. Maybe that's when they finally confronted Sana's issue

The only thing keeping me from streaming more consistently is my day job's hours being fucked. I genuinely love entertaining others. I drew and rigged my own model. Planning on taking up singing lessons soon to make my auditions stand out more.

Although Kiara admitted she half asked her audition and got the acceptance email, so I'm wondering how much effort I should really put into future auditions.

I'm not bothering to fact-check the claim, but if she really did then I'll just say that EN was a new branch and Vtubing in the west wasn't nearly as popular. The number of auditions for Myth probably wasn't very high compared to what they would be now that everyone knows it's an easy ticket to being a millionaire.
